Most “stolen withdraw” stories are one of four things: below minimum, wrong network, Limited out of stock, or a KYC hold. Screenshot the cashier, the tx id, and the chat.
Open a ticket on the official site, not a Discord DM that appeared after you won. If the room is marked shutdown on BloxCrown, do not send more funds to “unlock” a ticket.
